Code of Conduct
DRESSCODE:
a) Full uniform of the respective school should be worn by the participants.
b) Identification badges will be presented to the participants on their arrival which must be worn by the participants all the time from 12th and 13th February,2016.
ACCOMMODATION:
a) Only students of the participating teams and their team leaders shall be accommodated. Infants or younger children will not be accommodated.
b) The visiting teams (outstation) along with their team leaders must be present at the venue at all the times on 12th and 13th February,2016. No one will be allowed to leave the venue without informing the Convener of GREEN INSPIRATION-2016.
MEDICAL & COMMUNICATION:
a)Medical facilities will be provided at the venue.
b) Communication center will be functional round the clock (for telephone, fax and e-mail)
DISCIPLINE:
a) Proper Discipline and Decorum is to be maintained by the participants at all the time during their stay.
b) No relatives or friends will be allowed to meet any participant till the conclusion of all the events of GREENINSPIRATION-2016.
c) The team leader will be personally responsible for the conduct of the team members.
d) Any breach of discipline may lead to the disqualification of the team and the organizers may be constrained to request the team to withdraw from the venue.
e)All students are required to adhere to the rules set by the GREEN INSPIRATION, and these rules may change without any notification. By attending to GREEN INSPIRATION, you and/or your guardian agrees all statements and rules stated on this page.
RESPONSIBILITY:
a) Participants are advised to ensure the safety of their belongings while at the venue.
b) The organizers will not entertain any complaints in this regard.
c) Printing and typing facilities will not be provided at the venue.
VALIDITY OF ENTRY:
a) The participating schools must ensure that their entries are complete in all respects.
b) The entries must be duly forwarded by the head of the institution.
c) Kindly adhere to the deadlines stipulated in the brochure.
d) The entries which do not conform to the rules specified for each competition will stand disqualified.
e) A participant can participate in more than one events only when there is no time clash as per the program schedule.
f)A team has to participate in the events(s) in which it is registered. Withdrawal and non participation from the registered event will lead to disqualification. In that case points score will stand cancelled.
JUDGEMENT
The sanctity of the events will be monitored by the experts. Specially invited Judges will be the experts in their fields and will not be connected with Notre Dame College, Dhaka.
CATEGORY AWARDS
· Every participant will receive a GREEN INSPIRATION certificate for their ambition and participation. Each category of competition will be judged and awarded separately. Students have to pick up their awards during the ceremony. GREEN INSPIRATION will not ship any awards. Each team can present only one project and may receive only one award.
